Billing

We strive to provide affordable, quality medical care! Our office accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Co-pays are due at the time of service. If our office does not accept your insurance plan, full payment is required.

Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. You are responsible for any services not covered by insurance.

We will fully attempt to help you receive your full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days. We accept most major insurance plans, as well as, GA Medicaid, AL Medicaid, Peach State and Wellcare policies.
